Created by perfumer Sophia Grojsman, who has a reputation for creating very sweet and powdery rose-centered fragrances, Trésor is no exception to this tradition. Compared to some of her other popular fragrances, namely Kashâya, Yvresse, 100% Love, and Jaïpur, Trésor comes across as the most synthetic of the bunch, but for some reason also the easiest one to wear. Tresor uses the most classically feminine perfume notes to perfection: rose, lily of the valley, apricot blossom, peach,lilac, sandalwood, musk and vanilla, to create something really rather special, that “hug me” feel as Sophia Grojsman herself describes it. Tresor is uniquely feminine and luscious, with soft and spicy flowers on a sumptuous bed of lilac, sandalwood and musk, just sweetened slightly at the opening with hits of peach and at the end with vanilla. The reason why it wears so well is that synthetic edge has the effect of cutting through an otherwise overly-rich blend of scents. As a result Tresor is fall less cloying than the others and wears all day comfortably, time after time.
